The npc still didn t spawn.
The npc in the gutter wont spawn.
It s supposedly a 100 drop chance but neither me nor spider mom had it dropped after the npc was killed.
I don t actually go around killing off npcs that annoy me but as long as there s at least a theoretical way that they can get their just desserts i m happy enough to leave them alone and leave their fate to my imagination that means pride of place in my most hated npcs list goes to maven black briar and her spawn since they can.

When you climb that long ladder to the top you can see them inside.
Gutter denizen i just killed the gutter denizen right next to the second bonfire in the area.
The 2 x 8 supports are strong enough to allow the gutter to fill with ice in the winter and not break.
The gutter never runs over will accomodate a cloudburst never stops up and allows cleaning without the use of a ladder.
Explore this area break all jars to obtain a total of 20x lifegem 1x dark fog and 1x torch.

He actually misses one when you drop down to the very bottom on the path where you walk into black gulch.
